Hello and I hope that you had a great Easter break. The kids are now back in school and we are slowly recovering from our fabulous holiday in Hawaii. We shall miss the beautiful view of the city and Waikiki beach that greet us from the house every morning, as well as the magnificent view of Diamond Head volcano. Until we visit again, live Aloha and hang loose!, as they say in Hawaii

Last night was our April Stamp Club. To celebrate our new autumn-Winter Mini Catalogue, we played around with the new products found in the mini and these are my favourites so far.

For the gift card holder (little purse/bag), I used the Framelits dies to shape the bag. The set of dies come in 6 sizes. These frames have a coordinating stamp set as well and are found on pages 9 & 19. I used the Mixed Bunch stamp set for the flowers, found on page 21. This set has a coordinating Blossom Punch so you don’t have to cut around the flowers by hand. Just punch away and you’re done!

For the popsicle cards (how cute are those bitemarks!), I used the Mouthwatering stamp set found on page 23. The bitemarks were achieved by using the scallop punch. Such an effective technique to use with this yummy looking stamp set.

March Stamp Club

Stamp Club has come and gone once more. For those who are new to Stamp Club, it is a once-a-month gathering where we copy and share ideas on paper crafting. It is open to all my Stampin’ Up! friends and customers. Be the first ones to see and hear the latest from Stampin’ Up! To join, simply order $30 worth of SU! products per quarter (March -May).

Have a look at what we made. Inks used for the baskets were Calypso Coral, Lucky Limeade and Wisteria Wonder. We used the Love Blossoms Wheel for stamping which is only available until 31 March. We also made cards using the “kissing” technique. It is a classic Stampin’ Up! technique where you put patterns on your solid stamps. By doing this, you add another refreshing use for your stamp sets.

We had a great night making these lovelies. See you next month for another Stamp Club session!
